Left at the Altar

Story of Hope and Healing for Every Woman Who Has Felt the Heartbreak of Rejection

                                                                                                                     -Kimberly Kennedy

Kennedy has it full of interesting events. Left at the alter defines the hopes of a woman regarding marriage and her man of dreams.

The author in real life, is a TV journalist,  who suffered the humiliation of being left at the alter. A wedding is supposed to be the most beautiful day of a woman’s life. But what Kennedy got to see was not perhaps one of the most memorable times.

One might be expecting this book to be full of upsetting events and how the author cries out the remorse of her unfortunate day. This book in fact, does not carry any of that. It would come full of surprises to you if you are expecting it to be boring. Frank and funny, Kennedy recounts the feelings and unfulfilled desires of getting married. The brave author shares every bit of her personal memo as she faces devastation when she was expecting felicitousness.

Her hope and aspirations of finding her Mr. Right displays her strength to continue life with zest.

Kimberly’s book also includes the such stories of many more women who were left at the alter. Her faith taught me to never define oneself with the rejection one faces. Her courage sets an example for millions out there who lose heart at petty issues.

Apart from the above topics, it also includes the perceptives of men who have rejected women before at the alter.

The book teaches faith and courage. It gave out a lot of things to be learnt from.

I would easily recommend this book to all whoever is reading this blog right now. You would find it on Amazon.com for $ 9.66.
